Policies
The documents below are the contractual policies published as part of this Trust Centre. Each is incorporated into the Agreement by reference from the Order and the VIXIO General Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable Use Policy
v1.0: rules governing use of the Services, Service Data, AI Outputs, and automated access by the Customer and its Users.
ReadData Processing Agreement
Part B: DPA available for execution as an addendum to the Order Form.
ReadPrivacy Policy
v2.0: UK GDPR & DPA 2018 governing personal data processing.
ReadAI Sub-processors Schedule
Part C: AI sub-processors, foundation models, and transfer mechanisms.

Incorporation & precedence
Where a document listed above conflicts with another part of the Agreement, the order of precedence at Condition 1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions applies: Special Terms, then the General Terms and Conditions, then the schedules (including these policies), then the Order.
These documents are living records, updated when material changes occur. The version current at the date of your Order Form is the version incorporated into your subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Material changes are notified in advance in accordance with Condition 10.1(b), and are recorded in the changelog.
